We at Fur Angels take on some of the more needy animals in rescue. We take the animals with disabilities that other rescue are not able to take. We also take in the animals that do not have any special needs. We use the adoption fees to offset our costs in helping these precious animals, which include veterinary costs such as spay/neuter, heart worm testing and treatment in needed, vaccinations, and any special surgeries or medications needed to help the ones with special needs. Not to mention food, litter, toys, leashes, collars, and anything else our fosters may need.
When you look at the big picture, these costs really add up. We rely on donations from wonderful, caring people to help us in our mission. Your donation is tax deductible as we are a 501©3 organization. You may donate to a general fund, which would cover basic medical, food, direct care expenses for all of our fosters or you may sponsor a specific animal. All of our fosters need help, but sometimes sponsoring a certain dog can make it more personal. We also understand not everyone is able to give one of our fosters a loving home due to conditions beyond control. Sponsoring a dog can give you the satisfaction of knowing you helped a special animal until they have found their own Forever Home.
All our sponsored animals will have their “Angels” listed on their bio. You may donate through PayPal, directly to us, or to our veterinarian if you want to make sure these funds go towards medical expenses.
